Building financial resilience through practical education designed for modern business challenges

Business Finance Mastery Program

Running a business in Australia means dealing with constant financial decisions. Some keep you up at night. Others sneak up when you're focused elsewhere. This program gives you practical tools to handle both—taught by people who've actually been there.

What You'll Actually Learn

Six modules that cover everything from daily cash decisions to long-term financial planning. Each one builds on practical scenarios we've seen Australian businesses face.

Module 01

Cash Flow Reality

Most businesses fail because they run out of cash, not because they lack profit. You'll learn to forecast, manage, and protect your cash position.

  • Weekly forecasting methods
  • Seasonal pattern analysis
  • Buffer strategies that work
  • Payment timing optimisation
Module 02

Reading Your Numbers

Financial statements tell stories if you know how to listen. We break down P&L, balance sheets, and ratios without the accounting jargon.

  • Profit margin breakdown
  • Working capital insights
  • Debt-to-equity understanding
  • Red flags to watch
Module 03

Tax Planning Basics

Australian tax law changes regularly. Learn to structure your business finances in ways that make sense come June 30.

  • Quarterly BAS preparation
  • Deduction opportunities
  • GST management
  • Year-end strategies
Module 04

Growth Funding Options

When you're ready to expand, knowing your options matters. From bank loans to equity, each path has different implications.

  • Debt vs equity tradeoffs
  • Bank pitch preparation
  • Alternative funding sources
  • Term sheet essentials
Module 05

Pricing Strategy

Set prices too low and you work yourself to exhaustion. Too high and customers disappear. Finding the sweet spot takes analysis.

  • Cost-plus methodology
  • Value-based approaches
  • Competitor positioning
  • Margin protection
Module 06

Exit Planning

Whether you're five years or fifteen years from selling, building value starts now. Learn what buyers actually look for.

  • Valuation drivers
  • Systems documentation
  • Owner dependency reduction
  • Due diligence preparation
